1,2,3 Packages

Today I got 3 packages in the mail. 2 were books. One was signed by the author with a nice little note to me. I immediately posted them on amazon. They look very science fiction oriented.
The third package was a DVD. The movie is "Breaking the Press". This is a christian movie. I am hoping that it sells pretty quickly!

Just got back from the Nightmare on the Harbor concert. It was CRZY and cold!

BIG BOOK, small book

So yesterday in the mail I got two ironic items. The first was a book that fit in my mailbox. For those of you who don't know what a mailbox at C of C looks like, IT IS TINY! So the fact that a book could possibly fit in it is almost mind blowing. But it did. And the book was extremely tiny. Plus I can't even sell it on Amazon because it doesn't exist. Next I got another book in the mail that weighed 8 lbs. Yes 8 lbs. IT IS HUGE! Its a fancy cookbook worth $50. Luckily I CAN sell that one on Amazon. Im crossing my fingers that it will sell.

So tonight is my friends Halloween party. I have so much to do to get ready before tonight. Im really exciting to see everyone tonight. Its been WAYYYYY too long.

Also, I GOT THE CUTEST GIFT FROM ERIK!!! <----It was our 2 year anniversary.
He got me a huge ball fox. Its name is Farley and I absolutely love it.

Till next time.

Katz

It smells of passion!

So today I received two bottle in the mail. One contained bath salts and the other contained mineral rub. They both have the smell of passion fruit. So in order to test it out, Erik decided to use the rub on his hands. This was a perfect idea because Erik's hands are rough and not soft. He spent 10 minutes rubbing his hands together and then washed it off. Miraculously, his hands turned unbelievably soft. Hecmi's Sweet Delights works wonders. It does great things to soften your skin. Its a keeper.

I took my pumpkin from the cafeteria today. SO HAPPY!

I'll keep you up to date,

Sand Gone What?

So I received a oddly shaped package in the mail today. In it was Sand Gone Sand Remover. Now I finally figured out how to pronounce it. Its Sand Gone (pause) *a* Sand Remover. If you just say it all at once, it makes absolutely no sense. Anyway, it comes in this little circle container. Inside is a powder puff which you use to apply it. The point of this product is to remove the sand after going to the beach. I was very excited about getting this because I live so close to the beach, and sand annoys me so much. I cannot wait to try it.

Also, Halloween is coming up. I've began the celebration tonight with pumpkin carving and even more pumpkin carving. Now my dorm room is covered with TONS of pumpkins/squash. YAY!

Will keep you updated,

Receive, Post, Sold

So I sent off an order today. It was a CD by Jeremy Riddle (a christian singer). Within 24 hours of posting it on amazon.com, it sold. For a decent amount too ($10). I was hoping to receive a package today, but was unfortunately disappointed. I guess I just have to keep on entering more sweepstakes so I can win more things to receive.
I learned that DVDs and CDs sell much quicker than books. The DVD and CD that I have received sold at the most after a week. That is compared to the books that I still haven't sold yet. One reason could be that I refuse to see that book for less than a dollar. Many of the books that I am trying to see have listings of under a dollar. There is almost no profit there. Any ideas on how to get my books sold?

Ill keep you updated!

In the beginning...

WELCOME! For those who don't know me. My name is Katie. I'm a college student (trying to get into pharmacy) and I sweepstake. Don't think that that is all that I do. Because its not. I am basically a normal college student with a little hobby called sweepstaking.

Now what is sweepstaking? According to me, its winning things without having to pay for it. Hence, why as a college student I am doing it. So far, I've won 20+ sweepstakes (and/or giveaways).

So what do I do with all the stuff? I sell it. Smart right? Amazon.com is pretty amazing when it comes to selling stuff. I've sold 5 things so far.

So why do I have this blog? To update you (my followers) on all the sweepstakes I've won. Not just sweepstakes, but my life. How I get through college and everything else.

Hope you enjoy!

Katz
